What is an NFT?
An NFT is a non-fungible token. A non-fungible token is a unique and non-interchangeable digital token that provides public proof of ownership and authenticity of a digital creation. In a world where anything digital can be infinitely copied, a unique digital creation can only be owned by a single individual. An NFT or non-fungible token is generated when a unique digital creation has been digitally signed by a creator (in this case, YEAHYEAHCHLOE).
Why is TWIX® releasing NFTs?
TWIX® is a brand that sees the uniqueness in everything, even things that appear to be the same, like Left TWIX® and Right TWIX®. We were inspired by the emergence of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and how they’re unique like TWIX®. So, we’re creating a Left NFTWIX and Right NFTWIX and are inviting our fans to get in on the fun.
When can I purchase a limited-edition NFTWIX?
Beginning on Wednesday, October 20, at 6:30 PM ET Fans will be able to purchase limited editions of the Left NFTWIX or Right NFTWIX for 24 hours until 6:30 PM ET on Thursday, October 21.
Can I purchase an edition of both pieces?
Yes! Whether you’re a fan of Left TWIX® or Right TWIX®, you’re welcome to purchase both editions, Left NFTWIX and Right NFTWIX.
Do I need a digital wallet and Ethereum to purchase an NFTWIX?
No. You have the option through MakersPlace to use a credit card to make purchases.
I purchased an NFTWIX. Why can’t I sell or send my creation?
If you purchased your digital creation using a credit card, MakersPlace temporarily disables the ability to resell or transfer the creation for 48 hours, enough time to verify that the transaction isn't fraudulent.
What else can I win?
In addition to purchasing NFTWIX editions, fans will have the chance to win 1 of 100 limited-edition 18x24 prints of Left NFTWIX or Right NFTWIX based on the art by YEAHYEAHCHLOE. Fans also have the chance to win a box of TWIX® Salted Caramel.
I signed up to win a free box of TWIX® Salted Caramel. When will winners be notified if they won a free box of the product?

A digital edition is synonymous to the popular concept in printmaking. There will be a limited number of Left NFTWIX and Right NFTWIX editions created and purchased.

What am I buying?
You're buying a limited-edition digital creation, signed by YEAHYEAHCHLOE. Upon purchase, you'll be given the right to use, distribute and display your Left NFTWIX or Right NFTWIX edition for non-commercial purposes. Since you own this unique creation, you can also re sell the same non-commercial use rights, to your Left NFTWIX or Right NFTWIX edition, on a secondary market or even directly on MakersPlace.
Upon purchase, you can access the high-resolution digital file of Left NFTWIX or Right NFTWIX which you can display on any digital device or even print out, for personal use. All the while, knowing that you have the authentic piece, verifiable on the blockchain.

If you purchased your digital creation with Ethereum, your creation resides in your digital wallet. If you register with MakersPlace, you can view, showcase and share your creations with the world by connecting your Ethereum wallet. If you purchased your digital creation with a credit card, then MakersPlace will have created a digital wallet for you to store your creation. You can view your creation by going to your collection in your profile.
I purchased a NFTWIX. Can I get a refund?
Since you purchased a digital creation, all sales are final. The net proceeds of the sale of Left NFTWIX and Right NFTWIX will be donated to an organization that supports digital arts education.
I signed up to win one of the free limited-edition prints. When will winners be notified if they won a print?
Winners will be randomly selected and notified on or before October 29. You can expect to receive your print within 2–3 weeks.
Am I eligible to win a free limited-edition print or a free box of TWIX® Salted Caramel if I live outside of the U.S.?
The NFTWIX promotions are only open to legal residents in the 50 U.S. states and D.C.
